Tuition and Fees Policy

  1. As part of the application process, the responsible parent(s) or guardian(s) of each student must complete an F.A.C.T.S. Tuition agreement form. Registration is not complete and classrooms can not be assigned until the F.A.C.T.S. Tuition agreement form is returned.
  2. For new students, the $150 application fee is due at the time of application.
  3. The Technology Fee is due on June 1st and can be be brought to the rectory or mailed in. If not paid by June 1st the fee will be rolled into the F.A.C.T.S. Tuition payments.
  4. The Junior High Device Fee is due by August 1st.
  5. Parishioner/Non-Parishioner: Since Saint Gilbert parishioners also subsidize school income via their weekly church donations, non-parishioners are billed in justice, at a higher rate. Parishioners are reminded however that their obligation is to use the Sunday envelopes (the average contribution for Saint Gilbert parishioners is $25.00 per week).
  6. If families choose to pay in full by June 1st there is a savings of $125.00.
  7. Other payment plans are: Two payments (August and January) Four payments (August, November, January, April) Ten payments (August to May) Twelve payments (July through June)
  8. Please note: If you select the PAID-IN-FULL payment plan option, and payment is not made by the due date, then payment must be paid through the Smart Tuition payment plan.
  9. Parents may choose to pay the Books and Supplies fee by June 1st OR have it rolled into the F.A.C.T.S. Tuition plan you choose.
  10. All tuition and fees must be paid before diplomas are granted, final progress reports awarded or room placements assigned.
  11. A transferring student must be paid in full before report cards and records will be released.

Please remember to bring in a copy of your student’s Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, and current school physical with your completed application.

Fees:
New Student Non-Refundable Application fee:  $150, ($50 for families currently enrolled)
Books and Supplies:  $300 per child
Technology Fee:  $65 per student in grades Kn. through 5th, $200 (includes Chromebook leasing) per student in grades 6th through 8th
Preschool Fees: 
New Family Application Fee $75 per student.  Existing Family Application Fee $50 per student. Technology Fee: $25
Afterschool Program: 
St. Gilbert Schools Afterschool Program is available to all students from the close of school at 2:00pm until 6:00pm. Cost listed below is not applicable to Pre-School Students. Pre-School After School are included in school tuition.
