Tuition & Assistance

Saint Gilbert Catholic School offers an outstanding education for an excellent value and is competitive compared to other Catholic and private schools in our area. Setting fair and reasonable tuition rates is one of our highest strategic priorities and is central to our mission as part of the Catholic Church. Our goals are to meet our financial obligations as a parish and school while continuing to provide access to an excellent Catholic education. This is only possible with continued timely payments and a commitment from our families to support the various fundraising initiatives and school programs that enrich each child’s school experience. Below are the tuition rates for the 2024-2025 school year.

Saint Gilbert Catholic School has partnered with FACTS Management to manage tuition payments and financial assistance assessments. All school families are required to enroll in the FACTS Tuition Payment and Financial Assistance Portal. Tuition payments must be paid through FACTS Tuition and will not be accepted by the school office. Financial information, such as checking account or credit card information, is entered into the FACTS Portal by school families. Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing. Administrative fees for this service are paid by school families.

There are a number of payment options to make tuition payments. The tuition payment plans available are as follows:

  • Full Payment (One Payment): The entire Tuition amount is due on or before June 15th. Families must notify the administration by May 15th when selecting this payment option. If families choose to pay tuition in full by June 1st there is a savings of $200.

  • Monthly Payments (12 payments): Monthly payments are due on or before the 1st or the 15th of the month beginning in July and ending in June. All automatic payments must be set up two weeks before the actual due date.

  • 10 installment payments begin in August and run through and include May.

  • 4 installment payments are due in August, November, January, and April.

  • 2 installment payments are due in August and the 2nd in January.

Please note: All tuition, after school fees, Woodland bus fees, textbook/library fees, and recess duty fees must be paid before diplomas are granted, final progress reports awarded, or room placements assigned. There are no mandatory service hours required of our parents except for playground supervision duty, approximately four times per year.
